ISO 9001 public-surface scan for manufacturers

This scan is for 10–300 employee manufacturers who need a public-internet screening against ISO 9001:2015 before they spend on a packet. Typical users are quality managers standing up a first ISO 9001 certificate, founders answering an OEM flow-down, and operations leads who were told to “get certified” without a packet that matches how the shop runs.

The Public-surface scan reads public-surface signals only. It cannot inspect controlled QMS documents, implementation records, internal audits, management reviews, or competence evidence. A high score means your public surface already names some of the system. A low score means the public surface is quiet. Neither score is a certification decision, a gap assessment of your controlled files, or a substitute for records your team has to produce while the system is in use.

What this scan cannot do

It cannot open your document control, training matrix, calibration file, or CAPA log. It cannot walk your floor. It cannot invent three months of management-review minutes. If your primary standard is ISO 13485, AS9100, or IATF 16949, say so before you buy — this product is ISO 9001:2015 first.

Built for 10–300 employee manufacturers. If you are a registrar, a consultant shopping a white-label engine, or a company that already holds a current ISO 9001 certificate and only needs surveillance prep, this scan will still run. It is the wrong primary tool for those jobs.
