ISO Delivered provides AI-powered ISO 9001 quality management system documentation generation services. We help businesses create customized QMS documentation based on their specific processes and operations through an interactive questionnaire and AI-assisted document generation.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Payment Terms
Certain services require payment. By purchasing a service:

Generated Documents: Once payment is complete, you own the documentation generated for your organization. You may use, modify, and distribute these documents within your organization as needed for your quality management system.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to generate accurate and comprehensive ISO 9001 documentation, we do not guarantee certification success. The documentation is a tool to support your quality management efforts, but achieving ISO 9001 certification depends on your implementation and the judgment of your certification body.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISO Delivered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISO Delivered and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
